Junior Board Guidelines & Expectations

• Schools involved in the Gregg County Youth Expo will provide five students as part of the Junior Board
• Schools must submit t-shirt sizes to the Junior Board Superintendents at the December meeting
• Schools will be sent an email with sign-up times at the December meeting
• One advisor must supervise show set-up on Tuesday, January 2
• One advisor must supervise premium sale set-up on Friday, January 5
• Members must be in 9th - 12th grade
• Members are required to sign-up for the GCYE notification system 'Junior Board Member Remind 101' for updates and reminders
• Advisors will be sent a link via email

Responsibilities

• Members will help facilitate, set-up, and work show rings during the show
• Members are required to attend the show set-up on Tuesday, January 2
• Members are required to attend the Junior Board meeting on Tuesday, January 2 to receive their t-shirt and discuss plans/expectations
• Members are required to work a minimum of one show
• Members are required to attend the premiums sale set-up following the ag mechanics show on Friday, January 5
