Wednesday, January 6th
- 7:00- 8:00 a.m.- Home Economics, Horticulture Move-in
- 8:00 - 10:00 a.m. - Check-in Ag Mechanics Move-in
- 8:30 a.m.- Hort and Home Economics Judging Start
- 10:30 a.m. - Ag Mechanics and Home Economics Show
- *Pick up all Ag Mechanics and Home Economics projects following show
- 4:00 p.m.- Pick up for home ec and hort
- *Pick up by 5:30 p.m.
- 4:30 p.m.- Work day at the Longview Fairgrounds Livestock Pavilion (All junior board members and advisors)
Thursday, January 7th
- 6:00-7:30 a.m.- Move in (All animals must be on property by 7:30)
- 7:30-8:00 a.m. - Check in
- 7:30 a.m. Breeding Rabbit Check-in
- 7:30 a.m. - Sift broilers (Big Ring)
- *Broiler show starts immediately following (showmanship occurs during the broiler show)
- *Rabbit show starts immediately following broiler show
- *Showmanship will be following each species
- 9:00 a.m. -Pigs show (Small Ring)
- *Lamb show immediately following Pig show
- *Goat show immediately following Lamb show
- *Breeding Goat show immediately following goat show
- *Steer show following breeding goats
- *Heifer show immediately following steer show
- All projects should be removed from the grounds at the end of the day
Friday, January 8th
- 8:00 a.m. Floral Cup Check-in (Maude Cobb)
- 8:30 a.m. Floral Cup starts
- 10:00 a.m Speaking Check-in (Barn)
- 10:30 a.m Speaking Contest Starts
- 4:00 p.m. Silent auction is Due at the sale
- 4:00 p.m. Jr Board reports to the sale
- 5:00 p.m. Sale of Champions meal starts
- 6:00 p.m. Sale of Champions (Maude Cobb-Longview, TX 75605)
